Our Commitment

TaxMaster, Inc. is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We're actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which are widely recognized standards for making websites more usable for everyone.

What We've Done

Since building this site, we've taken concrete steps to support people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technology, including:

• Descriptive alternative text on images
• A logical heading structure so screen reader users can navigate the page by section
• A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users
• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
• Text and background color combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
• Labels on every form field, and clear error messages if something is missing
• Accordion menus (like our FAQ and Tax Tips pages) that are fully operable by keyboard and properly announced to screen readers
• A reduced-motion setting that's respected for visitors who have that preference turned on in their operating system
• A notice when a link opens in a new browser tab

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time project — it's something we review as we add new pages and features. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know about it so we can fix it, and we treat every report seriously.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of this site rely on services we don't directly control, including Google Maps embeds on our Contact page, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget on our contact form, and the Elfsight review widget on our Testimonials page. We've made reasonable efforts to present this content accessibly, but we can't guarantee the accessibility of every feature of a third-party service.
